  • Prepare Your Package: Ensure the items are in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Include the packing slip or receipt in the return package.
  • Ship Your Return: Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to ship the return package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned items.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Exchange Process:

  • If you prefer an exchange, please specify the new size, color, or item you would like.
  • Exchanges will be processed and shipped out once we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • We will notify you via email once your exchange has been shipped.

Please Note:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
